Charli Grace D'Amelio (/d@'mIlioU/ d@-MI-lee-oh;[2] born on May 1, 2004) is an American social media influencer. After participating in dance contests for a decade before launching her social media venture by sharing dance-related videos on TikTok. She gained a huge following quickly, and soon became the number one creator in the video-sharing platform TikTok, in March of 2020. Khaby Lame surpassed her by the end of July 2022. D'Amelio's voice debut came in the animation of 2020 StarDog TurboCat. The actress has appeared since 2021 in the show The D'Amelio, the Hulu documentary, and Charli vs. Dixie, which is a Snap Original reality series. D'Amelio has been a popular performer in 2022. She also has won Dancing with the Stars thirty-first year-long competition with Mark Ballas. She has also published two books, created an online podcast and designed an assortment of nail polish. Other projects include a clothing line makeup line, a mattresses, a multi-product company and an apparel line. She was the first to have both 50 and 100 million TikTok followers. Forbes states that D'Amelio is the most-paid female TikTok personality of the years 2019 and 2022. TikTok calls her the biggest star.
