Samantha Mohr was born on September 13th, 1961 located in Columbus, Georgia. Virgo is her zodiac sign. Mohr holds an American nationality and belongs to white heritage. Mohr is a highly personal person with little information on her past, including parents, siblings as well as her childhood. Mohr is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science with a minor in audiology at the University of Georgia. Mohr was also accepted into the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. In 1989, she earned a bachelor's degree in broadcast meteorology. Mohr began her career at the top of the list when she was 24 years old. The decision was based on the advice of her UGA colleague. She competed in into the Miss Columbus pageant in 1985. In the end, she won the title and smooching the winner, she defeated all her rivals. On June 15, 1985, Miss Georgia was to be held in her honor. On June 22, she was also awarded the title of winner. Mohr was crowned winner of the event, was able to represent Georgia in the Miss America 1986 competition. Miss America 1986 in Atlantic City in New Jersey in September of 1985. However, she was not among the top 10 finalists for the national title.
